We're proud to belong to BAFTS, but what is it?

We're proud to say that we belong to the British Association of Fair Trade Shops and Suppliers (BAFTS), working together for a fairer world. We firmly believe that fashion can and should be sustainable and ethical as well as gorgeous.

Fashion should be about doing good as well as looking and feeling good!

As a member of BAFTS we fully support and adhere to the 10 Principles of Fair Trade :

1: Creating Opportunities for Economically Disadvantaged Producers
2: Transparency and Accountability
3: Fair Trading Practices
4: Payment of a Fair Price
5: Ensuring no Child Labour and Forced Labour
6: Commitment to Non Discrimination, Gender Equity and Freedom of Association
7: Ensuring Good Working Conditions
8: Providing Capacity Building
9: Promoting Fair Trade
10: Respect for the Environment

You can read more about these principals and what they mean about the way we work at www.bafts.org.uk
